We have such a lot of sleeping time after we die. So, sleep less and work more!

UCSF scientists found a mutation in mammals that introduces a short-sleep behavior. While the average adult people require 8 to 8.5 hours for sleeping, the short sleeper having a mutated gene needs only 6.25 hours per night.
